Chesaning Youth Football Banquet

As the season is coming to the end were planning our year end banquet.  We're looking forward to each player and the family to attend.  Awards will be given at this time.

When: October 25^th, 2009

Where:  Albee Twp Hall-Burt

Time 1:00pm to 4:00pm for Teams

We're asking each team bring the following items.

3/4 Grades Teams 1-2   Pop each child brings 2 - 2 liters

5^th Grade-  Salads-examples pasta, potato, macaroni, taco, garden salad etc

6^th Grade- Main Dish-examples are barbequed mini sausages, baked beans, Mac & cheese, meatballs, sliced deli meats etc

7^th Grade- Fruits or Veggies with dips, or chips appetizers

8^th Grade- Desserts

EQUIPMENT TURN IN IS OCTOBER 21^ST OR OCTOBER 22^ND 2009

We are looking for a person that is interested in taking video and pictures of our entire season. This can be a huge job and can pay well.  We need the following:  Team DVD's, Team Pictures and Team still pictures in action.  We would like to get our games replayed on the local cable channel.  Please contact John Keys @1keys@charter.net.
